La Fontana Care Home is a purpose-built Care Home in Martock, Somerset, boasting the latest in care home technology, promoting a relaxing and enjoyable environment. La Fontana features 76 private en-suite rooms, multiple living spaces that have been carefully designed, each with their own lounges, dining rooms and activity areas, acres of beautiful dementia friendly landscaped gardens with soft pathways and raised flower beds for all to enjoy. Our residents also enjoy our onsite hair salon, petting farm and private minibus service to visit local community groups and attractions.

Each of our 76 bedrooms at La Fontana has been carefully designed with comfort, accessibility and independence in mind. Thoughtfully positioned near shared lounges and communal spaces, every room offers residents a sense of privacy while staying connected to the heart of the home. Designed to promote rest and personal wellbeing, each room comes fully furnished and features a modern en-suite bathroom.

We encourage residents to personalise their space with cherished belongings from home, photographs and keepsakes to familiar furniture to help create a comforting, homely environment that truly reflects their personality and history.

Minibus Service

The residents at La Fortana Care Home can take advantage of our Minibus service that can transport them to local shopping trips, visits to museums or to take part in local community groups, building a sense of variety and community for those residents who like to get out and about.
