About La Fontana Care Home

La Fontana Care Home is nestled in the Somerset countryside. Residents are spoilt for choice with acres of dementia friendly gardens, a petting farm and a varied program of stimulating activities to keep residents entertained and living life to its fullest.

With 76 thoughtfully designed rooms and accessible living areas, residents receive Nursing Care, Palliative Care or Dementia Care around the clock. We create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, making everyone feel at home.
