Situated in the picturesque Somerset countryside, La Fortana Care Home in Martock is a purpose-built care home featuring the latest in care home technology. Our passionate team delivers Specialist Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care and Palliative Care to our residents. With 76 private, fully en-suite rooms, acres of dementia friendly landscaped garden, petting farms and carefully designed living areas, our residents enjoy living life to the full in a safe and encouraging environment.
